All cancellations are to be via email and must be receipted by the same.
Provision of a credit card number is to secure your booking and the card will be charged in the case of cancellation as set out below;
A – for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the morning of arrival, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
B – for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of morning of arrival, the accommodation portion of any reservation
will be charged in full unless we are able to subsequently resell the room(s).
Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
Payment by credit card incurs a surcharge, 2% for Visa/MC, 4% for AMEX.

About Howards Lodge
Howard’s Lodge is the ultimate start for all outdoor adventure in Tongariro National Park, Ruapehu Skifields and Whanganui National Park.
The lodge offers a broad variety of accommodation ranging from budget rooms to ensuite rooms. Daily transport to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing and the 42 Traverse Mountain bike track, Rental of ski equipment, tramping boots and walkingpoles and mountain bikes.

National Park Village is located at the intersection of State Highway No. 4 and State Highway No. 47 on the volcanic Plateau.
