Reservations,cancellation policy & extra charges:

Winter, Weekends & School Holidays:  

2 nights minimum stay and no single rates

Cancellation:  

All cancellations are to be via email and must be receipted by the same. 

Provision of a credit card number is to secure your booking and the card will be charged in the case of cancellation as set out below;

A - for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the morning of arrival, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. 

B - for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of morning of arrival, the accommodation portion of any reservation 

 will be charged in full unless we are able to subsequently resell the room(s). 

Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

Public Holiday Surcharge: 

Due to increased staff costs on public holidays a surcharge MAY apply when checking in or out on these dates. 

Surcharge will be per person, Ensuite $6 - Standard $4 - Dorm $2

Breakfast: A - continental $10 / B - cooked $16 / C - full (A+B) $20

Packed Lunches: $14 (2 sandwiches, fruit, muesli bar, chocolate & water)
